MARY ANN’s DANCE AND MORE HAS THE FOLLOWING
Return Policies in place:

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns and/or exchanges:
* Must be in new, re-sellable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
* Must not have been worn or have writing on them.
* Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
* Must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.
* ALL TIGHTS, UNDERGARMENTS, SALE ITEMS, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS, ARE A FINAL SALE. Every pair of
tights sold will have a "security seal" placed on them - which will protect you and the store.

If an items is found to be defective, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace it.

store credit IF merchandise still has the tags attached and is accompanied with the original receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ALL NON-APPAREL ITEMS (i.e. any jewelry, dance bag, or gift item from Bay Pottery, Candle Pots, Delton Products, Ty
Products, and Canus Goat's Milk Products, etc.) ARE A FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY OF
THESE ITEMS.
