Shopping for your dancer without bringing them to the store? Here’s some helpful hints:

Shoes:

Do not let them wear them to class to see if they fit.

Please place the dancer and shoes on a clean surface to try on.

If the shoes do not fit then you may EXCHANGE them for another size. We only exchange, we do not do refunds; store credit only.

Exchanges are accepted with the original packaging materials in accordance with our Store Policy.

We do not suggest purchasing multiple pairs to see which fits better as we only exchange, we do not do refunds; store credit only.

Clothing:

Do not remove the tags.

Do not let them wear them to class to see if they fit.

Try them on with undergarments, in a clean space, and don’t let the item touch any surface to try on.

If clothing does not fit then you may EXCHANGE for another size. We only exchange, we do not do refunds; store credit only.
